Historical Town Of the Year 2006

A commission made up of representatives from the Association of historical settlements in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia and the Ministry for Regional Development decided on POLNA nomination as Historical Town Of the Year 2006. Photogalery.

International Heritage Photographic Experience 2007

We just finished tendering of our Photographic Experience. It was very succesful and the common jury choose the winners, and they recived valuable prices on 18.4. during the assembly of International Monuments and Sites Day on Prague Castle. Yo can see the winners there - PHOTOGALERY.

Membership

The Association was established at the initiative of east Bohemian towns in November 1990.

On 1 January 2006, the Association had 205 members, including 198 full members (villages, towns and their parts), and 7associate members.
